Duties
You will serve as an ADVANCED TOMAHAWK CRUISE MISSILE AND HYPERSONIC WEAPONS TARGETING AND GEOPOSITIONING ANALYST in the CMSA LANT, TARGETS DIV N31, OPERATIONS DEPT N3, COMMAND GROUP-CMSA LANT N00 in Nofolk, Virginia.
You will collaboratively and independently conduct target analysis, aimpoint development, and weapons effect calculations (weaponeering) for new variants of advanced TLAM and HSW missions.
You will produce highly precise and accurately mensurated products used in advanced TLAM and HSW mission planning to ensure a high probability of success for both types of weapons and missions.
You will analyze imagery and source materials to evaluate, define, and predict factors of route object stability.
You will provide technical expertise to support Program Management Activity (PMA) weapon system development efforts.
You will prepare and present oral briefings, appropriate staff papers, and other formal or informal staff documents stemming from observations during the evaluation.
You will provide planning products for war plan development and evaluation.

Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector:
Experience applying concepts, principles, and practices pertaining to Tomahawk Land to Air Missile (TLAM) and Hypersonic Weapons System HSW) targeting, weaponeering, geopositioning, distribution and execution processes and procedures of weapon systems complimentary to TLAM and HSW sufficient to effectively develop hypotheses, theories, collaborate, integrate, adapt, influence and significantly impact the operational plans and strategic policy decisions supporting POTUS, SECDEF, and the supported Joint Task Force or Geographic Combatant Commanders;
Experience providing solutions sufficient to monitor, track, report, and minimize risk or defeat;
Experience maintaining current and future designs of Tomahawk Theater Mission Planning Center (TMPC) Architecture related to navigation and geospatial data processes associated with TLAM and HSW planning necessary to analyze and integrate current and evolving GEOINT and Multi-Int technologies and solutions into the mission planning process as well as the weapon systems configuration management roadmap;
Experience identifying the authorities, constraints, and functions of supported Combatant Commanders, Joint Staff, Chief of Naval Operations, U.S. Numbered Fleets, Naval Air System Command program managers, Combat Support Agencies, and understanding of the Combat Air Operations Center integration and synchronization applicable to TLAM, HSW and CMSA operations necessary to effectively represent and convey the Command's mission, vision, goals, capabilities, and requirements to senior personnel across significant organizational structures;
Experience performing quantitative and qualitative techniques and methodologies sufficient to analyze complex plans, strike rehearsals, and exercise scenarios; articulate observations and findings; and implement solutions to enhance overall mission/combat readiness;
Experience serving as the principal authority and technical expert regarding plans, programs, and policies as they relate to Navigation, Imagery, and Geospatial Requirements and Planning; navigation route planning data, geospatial, and multi-intelligence support data and acquisition systems matters; and emerging geospatial technologies directly supporting TLAM and HSW mission planning;
Experience maintaining various Multi-Int systems, concepts, and methods; enterprise infrastructure and architecture doctrine and models; and evolving technologies sufficient to evaluate and assess impacts on current and planned operational activities;
Experience developing and implementing migration strategies for continuity of operations during fielding of new systems; and
Experience developing and presenting operator/user plans for integrating emerging technology into existing Navigation, Imagery, and Geospatial Requirements and Planning processes.
