This position is located in the Office of Human Resources Operations (HRO), Talent Acquisition Team, Office of the Secretary (OST). This position is established to provide comprehensive human resource management services to assigned organizations in the areas of recruitment and staffing, pay, leave, classification and position management.

Qualifications
To meet the minimum qualifications for this position, you must meet the specialized experience qualifications for the grade at which you are requesting consideration.To qualify for the Grade 14, you must have at least one year of experience equal or equivalent to the GS-13, it must include:
Experience applying HR principles, concepts and practices; providing technical guidance and delivery of personnel and human resources services on human resources issues as it relates to recruitment and placement and organization design OR experience as a team or project lead providing advisory services and oversight to other Human Resources Professionals of HR functions as it relates to experience with quality assurance; i.e. reviewing classification, staffing, and HR processing documents.
Experience rendering authoritative policy interpretation on staffing and placement issues that impact departmental and/or agency level programs.
