You will serve as a ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT REPAIRER SUPERVISOR in the MARINE DEPOT MAINTENANCE COMMAND of MCLC ALBANY GA.

Duties

You will arrange job orders, technical data, drawings, and provide proper division of workload, directing work operations and assign work directly or through subordinate leaders. You will ensure subordinates are testing, diagnosing, overhauling, and modifying a variety of complex electrical devices within proper guidelines, references, blueprints, Depot Maintenance Work Requirements, and other technical specifications. You will define standards of quality and quantity to be met. You will set performance expected of subordinates and makes formal appraisals of their work performance. You will maintain production reports, attendance records and certifies weekly audits. You will serve on rating panels and selection panels over trades supervised and initiates recommendations for promotions or reassignments of subordinates.

  • This is a Mission Essential position. You will be required to ensure organization or facility continuity of operations and/or completion of tasks that are considered essential to the mission designated by a local or command decision.
  • This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
