You will serve as a Training Technician (OA) in the Registrar's Office of SCHOOL OF MUSIC.
Duties
You will prepare applicant packages for academic department review for enrollment decision.
You will maintain accurate and complete data for a large number of members of an organization so proper resources are accessible to prospective students.
Schedule classes and spread quotas for classes.
You will manage course scheduling, quota control, administrative student support and matriculation for all courses.

- This position requires the ability to type at least 40 words per minute. Your response to the typing skill question on the Occupational Questionnaire will be used in your qualification determination.
Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing quota availability advisories for all courses using all available resources; 2) Receiving, verifying, and correcting student input data for authentication; 3) Tracking student training modules to ensure completion of graduation requirements; and 4) Generating reports and creating updates that will permit other commands the opportunity to attend courses based on new availabilities.
