This position is part of the Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy - Headquarters, Department of Energy. As a Program and Financial Analyst, you will analyze and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency with which Solar Energy Technologies Office (SETO) programs and their components carry out their programs and functions and to develop information, advice, and recommendations for management to use in making decisions.

Qualifications
BASIC REQUIREMENT:
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as:
Develop the spend plan for a program to include identifying planned amounts for various accounts, tracking allocations, commitments, and obligations, and spending throughout the fiscal year. AND
Utilize expertise with a financial management system to track data and generate management reports and analyze/organize financial data. AND
Apply project management skills to manage the schedule of budget and program deliverables to internal and external stakeholders throughout the fiscal year to include preparation of budget formulation and execution presentations and associated materials.
