You will serve as a ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST in the Business Operations & Transformation Office (BUPERS-00T) of NMPCRES.

Duties

You will provide administrative and management support to the organization. You will complete complex administrative tasks to include, preparing administrative documents, maintaining records and files. You will provide assistance, instruction, guidance and direction to staff personnel in development of correspondence, letters and other official documents. You will make corrections and edit to correspondence as required for completeness, clarity, and grammatical and procedural correctness. You will prepare, assign and distribute taskers via electronic workflow templates and forms. You will be familiar with automated software such as advanced word processing, desktop publishing, graphics, databases, spreadsheets, etc. You will manage organizational SharePoint site, Total Workforce Management System (TWMS) for Contractors, and maintain access and provide assistance with My Navy Assignment, FLTMPS, SLDCADA and DTS.

Requirements

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing administrative and management support to the organization; 2) Completing complex administrative tasks to include, preparing administrative documents, maintaining records and files, provide assistance, instruction, guidance and direction to staff personnel in development of correspondence, letters and other official documents; 3) Making corrections and editing correspondence as required for completeness, clarity, and grammatical and procedural correctness; and 4) Utilizing software applications to fulfill organizational requirements. Education

In lieu of general/specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:

1 full year of graduate level education

or

superior academic achievement
