This position is located in the Department of Health and Human Services, Program Support Center, Program Support Center (PSC), Real Estate, Logistics and Operations (RLO), located in Rockville, Maryland and Washington, District of Columbia.

Duties

Provides administrative and clerical support to Intake, Suitability, and Badging Service (ISBS) in addition to multiple facility and facility related functions. Captures, reports and tracks Intake, Suitability, and Badging Service (ISBS) supporting ISBS projects; assisting support staff and customers with physical security and Homeland Security Presidential Directives (HSPD)-12 badging activities. Provides support to Intake, Suitability, and Badging Service (ISBS) Operations with documenting cost estimates and specifications for security work orders and security projects. Supports the Intake, Suitability, and Badging Service (ISBS) Operations in written and oral communications, and ability to communicate across various channels to various types of stakeholders.

Qualifications

Applicants must demonstrate that they meet the Minimum Qualification requirements as noted below. Specialized Experience: GS-6: You must possess at least one year of specialized experience, equivalent in difficulty and complexity to at least the GS-05 grade level in the Federal Service performing (2) of the (3) following duties: Coordinating schedules and setting fingerprinting appointments; Providing customer service; Recording activities daily in a support activity tracking system (e.g., spreadsheets, databases, and shared drives). Specialized Experience: GS-7: You must possess at least one year of specialized experience, equivalent in difficulty and complexity to at least the GS-06 grade level in the Federal Service performing (2) of the (3) following duties: Gathering and assembling data for reports and interpretation; Preparing routine reports or data summaries to present program information; Providing technical assistance to an organization. Specialized Experience: GS-8: You must possess at least one year of specialized experience, equivalent in difficulty and complexity to at least the GS-07 grade level in the Federal Service performing (2) of the (3) following duties: Documenting cost estimates and specifications for security work orders; Analyzing administrative and operating operations pertaining to facility maintenance; Making recommendations to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of organization operations.
