The FMWRC mission is to create and maintain "FIRST CHOICE" MWR products and services for America's Army, essential to a ready, self-reliant force. This position is located with JBLM MWR Bowling. Regular Part-Time appointments are guaranteed 20 hours per work week but can work up to 39 hours per work week and are eligible for all Army NAF benefits.

Duties

Leads the work of other employees. Passes on to other workers instructions received from the supervisor and starts work. Distributes and balances work-load, assuring that each employee has enough work to keep busy. Answers questions of other employees on procedures, policies, and directives. Provides leadership, guidance and oversight in program operations. Provides on the job training to new employees. In a patron usage facility, circulates among patrons to assure that service is satisfactory; receives and resolves customer complains; provides information and general instructions on the use of equipment, facilities, and machinery. Assists patrons in use of the facility by checking out equipment, providing safety instructions, demonstrating new equipment, teaching classes, etc. Plans, conducts, publicize and arrange support for special events, social activities, tournaments, and related functions. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
• A one year probationary period may be required.
• Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
• Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2.
• Incumbent may also be required to complete a Tier 1 background investigation for a Common Access Card for physical access to federally-controlled facilities.
• Must be able to work a schedule that is primarily weekends and evenings and may also include possible holidays.
