The Transcription Contract Manager position is located in the Court Reporting Division of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia and provides support to the Director’s Office managing the Transcription Services Contract for the District of Columbia Courts.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A high school diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of seven (7) years of experience working in a general office, public service setting, or court environment. Must have experience in statistical gathering, case management, and using Microsoft Excel.  The incumbent should be an enthusiastic and engaged professional who enjoys working with a diverse group of Court personnel and customers and lives the DC Courts’ values of Accountability, Excellence, Fairness, Integrity, Respect, and Transparency.

Education
