Qualifications
Candidates must meet the Qualification Standards Handbook requirements for the GS-1410-13.
Specialized experience is at least one year of experience, equivalent in responsibility to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service, serving as a project manager, providing management support and analysis across a variety of topics and functions including financial management, corporate business management, management analysis, human resources, human capital planning, information technology services, and administrative services at a cultural institution or museum.

Mastery knowledge of and demonstrated advanced skill in applying a wide range of administrative concepts to solve a variety of complex, interrelated organizational problems and issues, often independently.
Mastery knowledge of HR, financial, budgetary, and administrative concepts, practices, laws, regulations, policies, and precedents sufficient to provide comprehensive management advisory and technical services on substantive organizational functions and work practices.
Comprehensive knowledge of management and organizational principles and practices along with a comprehensive knowledge of planning, programming, and budget regulations, guidelines and process; and thorough knowledge of the Gallery’s planning, acquisition and management processes sufficient to prepare long-and short-range financial planning guidance in accordance with broad Gallery program policies and objectives.
Comprehensive knowledge of and demonstrated skill in using administrative procedures, management concepts and principles, management information systems, office automation systems and processes, and computer applications sufficient to perform assigned duties.
