The Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) Directorate for Mission Integration (MI) creates a consistent and holistic view of intelligence from collection to analysis and serves as the Director of National Intelligence's (DNI) principal advisor on all aspects of intelligence. MI integrates mission capabilities, informs enterprise resource and policy decisions, and ensures the delivery of timely, objective, accurate, and relevant intelligence.
Duties
Working in a team environment, oversee and monitor counter-China efforts to assess the state of collection, analysis, intelligence operations, and resource gaps. Develop NIM-EA senior level strategies to identify and mitigate gaps. Ensure progress against NIM-EA strategies and assess effectiveness these strategies.
Coordinate and facilitate the enterprise-wide integration of the Intelligence Community (IC)'s analytic, collection, counterintelligence and intelligence operations; conducts strategic prioritization of mission management activities. Perform these duties in support of national security policymaker and National Intelligence Manager priorities.
Evaluate and determine the state of analysis by assessment of the quality of analysis and ensure competitive and alternative analysis is conducted on high-priority China-related topics.
Support opportunities to advocate for and defend resources, as required. Build and apply deep expertise on intelligence coordination and collaboration.
Support efforts to integrate the IC and remove impediments to compartmented collaboration.
Support briefings to senior IC officials and other major stakeholder's collaboration progress, issues and challenges.
Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements:
Expert knowledge of IC organizations; IC mission posture, structures, capabilities, processes, and policy development.
Excellent leadership and mission management skills, with demonstrated ability to lead interagency working groups, build coalitions, and liaise with the National Security Council.
Superior oral and written communication skills, including the ability to draft and edit written reports, and effectively communicate with senior level audiences.
Desired Requirements:
Superior knowledge of the Asia AOR, to include complexities and challenges that face the U.S. as we implement of the Indo-Pacific strategy.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience as determined by mission specialty area.
