About the Position: This position will be filled at the Sierra Army Depot, Contracting Office. This position will be filled on a permanent basis.

Duties

Serves as a Supervisory Procurement Support Specialist in support of the Army Contracting Command – Sierra Army Depot (ACC-SIAD). Serves as Billing Official responsible for the management of the micro-purchase program and Supervisor of government purchase card holders. Acts as Program Coordinator for Government Purchase Card (GPC) program, sets GPC spending limits, requests electronic merchant codes, monitors delinquencies, monthly reports, requests suspension/cancellation of accounts, reports. Gathers data to generate procurement reports, summarizing the status of procurement actions, competition reports, and projected awards. Assists with the overall planning, analysis and execution of business and administrative processes and policies impacting the Depot and the reach back team. Procures materials, supplies, services, construction, commercial items and equipment as necessary to meet mission requirements. Presents statistical information relating to the performance of assigned programs. Serves as the contracting office representative (COR) in all matters pertaining to the Commander’s Qualified Recycling Program.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
  • Requires Financial Disclosure OGE-450 upon entry and annually thereafter
  • Requires incumbent to have a valid Qualified Recycling Program Management Certificate.

The NH-04 broadband incorporates former GS equivalents GS-12 step 1 through GS-13 step 10 grade levels and salary levels.
