ASSESSMENT FACTORS1. Establishes and maintains working relationships with mission management counterparts across the Intelligence Community to collaboratively develop, coordinate and adjudicate intelligence policies, strategies, procedures, standards and foreign partnerships in accordance with Director for National Intelligence (DNI) and DoD guidance.2. Crafts effective recommendations for highly complex or sensitive situations that incorporate strategic direction by identifying the impact of the course of action.3. Demonstrates a thorough understanding of the organization’s mission, functions, values, applicable policies and procedures, and internal and external factors that may impact the organization.4. Translates and integrates national, IC, and DoD policies into appropriate organization and Combatant Command policies and operating procedures.5.
