This position is located in the Executive Office of the President (EOP), Office of Management and Budget (OMB), Office of the Federal Chief Information Officer (OFCIO). Duties
As a Supervisory Policy Analyst, GS-0301-15, your typical work assignments may include the following:
The incumbent will lead OFCIO's Digital Experience portfolio and team, which includes implementation of OMB's efforts to improve digital experience and service delivery for the public.
The incumbent provides expert advice and consultation to policy officials regarding the programs under their responsibility.
The incumbent updates OMB Circular A-11 annually and Congressional engagements.
The incumbent makes or reviews selections for vacant positions.
The incumbent recommends strategies for the approaches to improvement in the value and effectiveness of management systems, field administration, program operations, mid-range and strategic planning, and program evaluation.
The incumbent facilitates and troubleshoots government-wide initiatives needed for improved digital experience.
The incumbent assigns, directs, and evaluates work of subordinate employees and supervisors.

Qualifications
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicants must have a minimum of one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility comparable to the next lower grade or comparable pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private sector. Examples of specialized experience are:
You may qualify at the GS-15 level, if you fulfill the following qualification requirement:
One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service or private sector that demonstrates your ability to: ) Resolving major policy issues and rendering advice and assistance in the administration of operating guidelines; 2) Updating government-wide digital experience policy framework based on leading practices and agency feedback; AND 3) Resolving barriers to effective digital service delivery and help builds capacity at agencies.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service program (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
