Duties
You will serve as the assistant requirements officer for the MQ-25A Unmanned Carrier Based refueling program and a naval staff officer within a resource sponsorship to link between the using commands, developing commands, and OPNAV/SECNAV.
You will prepare and justify Navy positions on resource allocations within an assigned group of tasks affecting all phases of the Programming, Planning, Budgeting, and Executive (PPBE) development for the MQ-25A program.
You will performs as a recognized authority in the analysis and evaluation of Naval Aviation requirements.
You will provide key expertise in the PPBE development for N98, ensuring that the program funding strategy is fully understood.
You will coordinate with internal and external experts, decision-makers and program managers.
You will prepare both narrative and data-driven justifications and presentations to support acquisition budget estimates and execution analysis.

Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Integrate, prepare, develop, and assess the executive-level decision making and briefing materials including policy, oversight, administration, programs, resources, requirements, and implementation for the current and future capabilities and the integration of those systems. 2) Utilizing acquisition policies, practices, legislation/regulations to be able to effectively assess acquisition program outcomes. 3) Conduct economic, trend, and cost analysis studies, identify and conceptualize budgetary and programming problems and develop alternative solutions involving complex and conflicting objectives. 4) Perform strategic and detailed analysis for the development, implementation, and oversight of system integration roadmaps in accordance with established goals and objectives.
