Qualifications

Minimum QualificationsMinimum one year experience in a related recreational activity.  Skill to demonstrate activities and use of related facility equipment. The ability to read and interpret guidelines pertaining to facility operation. Skill to learn applicable MCCS policies and procedures. Ability to communicate orally and in writing using tact and courtesy.  Must have basic computer skills or the capacity to learn basic such skills. CPR and First Aid certification required or the ability to obtain within one month from the date of hire.  May be required to obtain government drivers’ license.  This is a mixed position where the incumbent must be able to lift and carry objects up to 45lbs independently and objects over 45lbs with assistance.
