About the Position: Incumbent serves as a Engineering Technician (Civil), responsible for application of practical engineering knowledge in performance of office engineering work.
Duties
Edits, types, and proofs all correspondence in support of the construction contracts administered by the office.
Serves as liaison between District, Area, and Resident Offices- Provides information to all employees on matters relating to employment, insurance, appraisals, pay, leave, retirement, work schedules etc.
Reviews automated inventory of all property for which the supervisor is accountable.
Serves as Training Coordinator, researching each employee's past training plan.
Assists new employees with required paperwork and completes exit documents.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
