These positions are located in the Division of Risk Management Supervision, Operations Branch, Strategic Planning Resource Management Section, located at the Headquarters Office in Washington, DC of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and provide support in a variety of program services including evaluation, analysis, administration, research and coordination efforts on behalf of the Entry-Level Examiner Hiring (ELEH) program operations.

Qualifications
Qualifying experience may be obtained in the private or public sector. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic, religious/spiritual; community; student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. Applicants may qualify at the CG-09 level by one of the following:
1. Experience: Applicants must have completed at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the grade 07 level or above in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as experience providing assistance in preparing personnel actions, drafting correspondence, arranging travel, maintaining and tracking information, and reviewing policies and procedures to assist employees. - OR -
2. Education: Applicants must possess a master’s degree or equivalent graduate degree; or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree, or LL.B. or J.D., if related. - OR -
3. Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of graduate level education beyond the 1st full year of graduate education and specialized experience as described above that together meet the qualification requirements for this position.
Applicants may qualify at the CG-11 level by one of the following:
1. Experience: Applicants must have completed at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the grade 9 level or above in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as experience providing administrative support including preparing personnel actions; drafting and reviewing correspondence; arranging travel; gathering, analyzing and tracking data; and interpreting and applying policies and procedures to provide guidance to employees, supervisors and senior management. - OR -
2. Education: Applicants must possess a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree, or LL.M., if related. - OR -
3. Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of graduate level education beyond a master's degree or equivalent graduate degree and specialized experience as described above that together meet the qualification requirements for this position.
