About the Position: This position is in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). Employees occupying DCIPS positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. This position is located at the US ARMY INTELLIGENCE AND SECURITY CMD MISSION SUPPORT COMMAND ARMY INTELLIGENCE ENTERPRISE-DIGITAL FORT BELVOIR, VA.
Duties
Directs the activities of the assigned Intelligence Data Integration personnel to ensure the connection to Intelligence Community and Army Intelligence data pipelines enabling the Army Intelligence Data Platform (AIDP) software.
Uses an in-depth knowledge of Intelligence Community data bases, production procedures, and policies to enable the connection to AIDP and facilitate the war fighter and senior decision makers.
Oversees the technical implementation of data integration for data requirements from INSCOM, FORSCOM, USASOC, Army Theater Components, Combatant Commands, DoD, Intelligence Community, and other government agencies to support these connections.
Reviews AIDP operational proposals for operational data effectiveness, security, tradecraft, and compliance with established directives and policies.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Two year trial/probationary period may be required.
- In accordance with Change 3 to AR 600-85, Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Program, individual must successfully pass a urinalysis screening for illegal drug use prior to appointment and periodically thereafter.
- Must be willing to undergo and successfully complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination with No Deception Indicated (NDI) on a pre-appointment and periodic basis.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET (TS) security clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) based on a T5 (or equivalent) investigation.
- All INSCOM employees may be subject to extended TDY or worldwide deployments during crisis situations to perform mission essential functions as determined by management.
- Temporary Duty (TDY) Travel may be required 25% or less of the time.

Performing intelligence data and systems integration operations and 2. Experience utilizing various data processing tools such as DCGS-A, MIDB, IBS, M3, METRICS, GETS, OPIR, CHATSURFER. and/or 3. Performing resource management and/or personnel management functions.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GG/GS-13)
Progressively responsible experience is that which has included intelligence-related research, analysis, collections and /or operations. This experience should have included intelligence analysis and/or production, intelligence collection and/or operations, counterintelligence, or threat support directly related to the position to be filled. This experience should demonstrate: Knowledge of intelligence processes, cycle and organizations; Knowledge of and/or ability to use research tools such as library holdings, photographs, statistics, graphics and maps; Knowledge of the systems, procedures and methods of analyzing, compiling, reporting and disseminating intelligence data; and/or Knowledge of organization(s) for and methods of collecting and analyzing intelligence data.
