Duties

Circulates among patrons to assure service is satisfactory. Receives and resolves customer complaints. Performs front desk daily tasks and operations as necessary. Provides information and general instructions on the use of equipment, facilities and machinery. Assists patrons in use of the facility by checking out equipment, providing safety instruction, demonstrating new equipment, teaching classes, etc. Assists management in plans, conducting, publicizing and arranging support for special events, social activities, tournaments and related functions. Performs proper cleaning procedures on fitness equipment, and maintains a healthy and clean facility.

Requirements

• Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
• Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
• A one year probationary period may be required.
• Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
• Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
• Able and willing to work mornings, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Work experience which involved dealing with the general public.
