About the Position: This Human Resources Specialist (Performance Mangement) position is with the Army Test and Evaluation Command, White Sands Missile Range, Commanding General located at White Sands Misslie Range, New Mexico.
Duties
The selectee will be a senior staff member of the command civilian human resources team. Providing export advise to ensure performance
management goals are consistently met in an effective and efficient manner.
Acts as a principal action officer on special assignments and requests for interpretive guidance tied to one or more areas of the diverse spectrum of Human Resources program areas. Provides pay pool administrator support.
Plans and carries out complete projects on such areas as establishing policy and training, procedures for performance management,
organizational studies, pay for performance and other alternate personnel systems.
Analyzes and evaluates the commands progress in meeting program and operational goals.
Requirements
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance through the duration of your employment.
- A one-year probationary period may be required unless the selectee has previously met the requirements as described in 5 CFR Part 315.
- This position requires temporary duty (TDY) travel up to 15% of the time.
