The Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) Directorate for Mission Integration (MI) creates a consistent and holistic view of intelligence from collection to analysis and serves as the Director of National Intelligence's (DNI) principal advisor on all aspects of intelligence. MI integrates mission capabilities, informs enterprise resource and policy decisions, and ensures the delivery of timely, objective, accurate, and relevant intelligence.
Duties
Serve as the primary lead within National Intelligence Managers Council's (NIMC) for collaboration among National Intelligence Manager teams on strategic and crosscutting initiatives in support of NIM Council, Director of Mission Integration (MI) priorities, and ODNI priorities.
Develop and manage holistic processes for the production and horizontal integration of NIM-led strategies and initiatives-such as Unified Intelligence Strategies (UIS) and the Intelligence Planning Guidance-to ensure their deconfliction and integration across mission and enterprise areas for improved IC direction, as well as alignment to other ODNI strategic planning and resource efforts. Assist in the identification, mitigation, and development of solutions to emerging threats, crisis and warning, intelligence gaps, and recommendations for realignment of resources to improve intelligence support, risk management, and development of performance measures in support of the NIMC.
Collaborate with and facilitate decision-making with regional, functional, and domain NIM teams, as well as with other ODNI teams, to identify and advance cross-region and functional issues that impact outcomes beyond an individual mission space. Advise and provide subject matter expertise to MMG Leadership, NIMC Vice Chairman, NIMC Chairman, and other senior ODNI leaders, as appropriate, on strategic integration and resource decisions as required.
Support initiatives that further IC mission integration. Identify and raise new ideas to advance mission management, solve problems, and advance the NIM Council, ODNI, and the IC.
Collaborate with regional, functional, and domain NIM teams as well as partners across ODNI to develop processes to assess the mission impact and outcomes of their respective strategies and to prioritize planning and programmatic activities in alignment with national level strategy and guidance.
Conduct analysis of various strategic issues providing written assessments of the issues including advantages and disadvantages and recommendations for pursuing a particular course of action.
Support briefings to senior IC officials and other major stakeholders on collaboration progress, issues and challenges.
Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements:
Extensive knowledge of IC organizations'; IC mission posture, structures, capabilities, processes and policy development.
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to lead interagency working groups, build coalitions with IC elements to achieve common goals.
Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills, including the ability to think strategically, identify needs and requirements, develop recommendations, and evaluate outcomes against goals and objectives.
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in written reports, and to logically analyze, synthesize, and evaluate multiple sources of information for their inclusion in briefings and written documents.
Demonstrated ability to facilitate discussions across NIM teams and other ODNI offices, broker agreements across difficult issues, and lead, "self-start" complex processes and programs.
Familiarity of the Intelligence Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Evaluation process.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience as determined by mission specialty area.

Experience in developing methodologies behind strategic planning and assessments.
Understanding of performance management principles and ability to advise organizations on the application of evaluation methods.
Demonstrated project management skills.
Education
