The Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) Directorate for Mission Integration (MI) creates a consistent and holistic view of intelligence from collection to analysis and serves as the Director of National Intelligence's (DNI) principal advisor on all aspects of intelligence. MI integrates mission capabilities, informs enterprise resource and policy decisions, and ensures the delivery of timely, objective, accurate, and relevant intelligence.
Duties
Serve as section chief for NIM-REE staff focused on Europe and NATO.
Advise on and develop strategies, policies and priorities to integrate and advance USIC intelligence capabilities and collaboration initiatives across the IC, and intelligence sharing related to Europe.
Support ODNI leadership travel and engagement with European partners, coordinating across the USIC and with local DNI-Representatives to develop appropriate background materials and talking points.
Support NIM-REE in overseeing alignment and synchronization of intelligence relationships in Europe (including with EU and NATO), establishing objectives and priorities to guide USIC efforts.
Routinely work directly with foreign partners and DNI representatives in the NIM REE AOR. As needed, serve as the senior DNI representative in meetings with European partner services.
Manage and coordinate interagency forums on behalf of NIMREE.
Oversee to drive success for the collaboration effort.
Oversee development and drive the unifying vision to bring collaboration tools, data, and processes into a seamless user experience.
Work collaboratively across all ODNI stakeholders, ensuring effective communication with National Intelligence Council counterparts and liaising with appropriate ODNI staff to ensure full coordination of staff packages and monitor workflow.
Provide staff support to the NIM-REE in overseeing alignment and synchronization of intelligence relationships in Europe (including with EU and NATO), establishing objectives and priorities to guide USIC efforts.
Provide staff support to the NIM-REE briefings to senior IC officials and other major stakeholders on collaboration progress, issues and challenges.

Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements:
Superior ability to anticipate issues relevant to the IC and US Government and recommend/implement needed actions to address regional concerns.
Superior ability to address competing priorities, within constrained deadlines.
Superior leadership skills and ability to lead IC and interagency working groups, build coalitions with IC elements to achieve common goals, and engage with foreign partners.
Superior ability to design and implement integration strategies for IC initiatives and programs, including the superior ability to manage human, financial, and information resources.
Superior oral and written communication skills, including superior ability to draft and edit written reports of varying length and complexity, and to communicate effectively with audiences of varying seniority and expertise.
Superior skills working across the 18 members of the IC, including superior skills in collaboration and consensus building.
Superior supervisory skills, excellent ability to oversee alignment and synchronization of office requirements and personnel.
Desired Requirements:
Experience and familiarity working intelligence issues in the NIM-REE AOR, specifically with European partner services.
Superior analytic and critical thinking skills, including the superior ability to think strategically, identify needs and requirements, develop recommendations, and evaluate outcomes against goals and objectives.
Exhibit expert ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects, to include time sensitive deliverables for senior DNI/IC leadership.
Strong successful track record of project development, strategy and execution in a collaborative team environment.
Superior interpersonal skills and positive team building abilities including building a common vision for success, inspiring initiative and climate of accountability.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience as determined by mission specialty area.
