This position is located at Departmental Offices, Terrorism and Financial Intelligence-Office of Foreign Assets Control, OFAC. As a Senior Advisor, you will be supporting the Office of Enforcement, Compliance, and Analysis (ECA) Senior Officials in overseeing projects involving complex and sensitive national security, intelligence, foreign policy, and law enforcement problems.

Duties
As a Senior Advisor, you will:
Support the ECA Senior Official in representing Treasury within the TFI and in establishing comprehensive contacts.
Prepare the ECA Senior Official for speaking engagements. Draft, coordinate, and clear materials, ensuring the goals of the Department are effectively advanced.
Serve as primary point of entry for action items (e.g., data calls, taskers, and congressional requests) managed by other elements.
Support the ECA Senior Official in developing, implementing, and updating policies and procedures needed to accomplish the office's goals and objectives.
Qualifications
You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement.
Specialized experience for the GS-14: For the GS-14, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes ALL of the following:
Representing an agency or large organization at the executive level to support national security missions and objectives; AND
Developing written material for senior officials supporting the objectives of the agency; AND
Support national security initiatives by coordinating action items across executive levels and providing support to senior officials; AND
Advising senior management on sensitive, potentially controversial issues impacting high-level decision-making.
