The selectee of this position serves as a Supervisory Case Analyst responsible for directing, managing, and overseeing the collection and analysis of data on protected program participants; preparation of reports on program participants; and writing, reviewing and approving all Congressional and public correspondence.
This position is located in Program Operations/Arlington, VA.
Duties
As a Supervisory Case Analyst at the GS-0301-14 grade level, some of your typical work assignments may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Review and analyze recommendations for entry into the Program.
Review relocation documents and approve expenditures of funds in support of the relocation of program participants.
Analyze procedures to identify more efficient and effectives methods for accomplishing program objectives, pursuant to statue, Department of Justice (DOJ), and U.S. Marshals Service policy.
Develop case management administrative policies and standard operating procedures.
Exercise full supervisory responsibility over subordinates positions.

Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or National.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background investigation.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.
- This is a Testing Designated Positions (TDP) and is subject to random drug testing.
- May be required to successfully complete a trial/probationary period.
- May be required to successfully complete a supervisory probation period.
- Status Candidates must meet time-in-grade requirements (52 weeks at the next lower grade level).

Qualifications
TIME-IN-GRADE REQUIREMENTS: Merit Promotion and Veterans Employment Opportunity Act (VEOA) Status applicants must provide an SF50 Notice of Personnel Action that indicates proof of status and time-in-grade eligibility. The SF50 must include the position, title, series, grade, step, tenure, type of service (Competitive or Excepted) and career status (career or career-conditional). No award SF50 will be accepted as proof of status and time-in-grade eligibility.
One year at the GS-13 grade level is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS-14 grade level.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: To be considered minimally qualified for this position, you must demonstrate that you have the education and/or experience required for the grade level(s) to which you apply.
To qualify at the GS-14 grade level, you must meet the following:
Specialized Experience: Experience that equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. You must have at least one year (12 months) of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service performing the following duties:
Collecting data and preparing reports on program participants within a program;
Applying qualitative and quantitative techniques for measuring the effectiveness and performance of programs, policies, and/or procedures;
Coordinating across organizational divisions, programs offices, and/or project teams to exchange information; and
Developing administrative polices and standard operating procedures.
