You will serve as a SCHEDULES TECHNICIAN in the OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT of TRARON TWENTY TWO.
Duties
You will coordinate all scheduling requirements as tasked by the scheduling authority in the development of the daily flight schedule.
You will update and maintain all tracking boards.
You will process and/or execute the daily flight schedule in the T-SHARP and post/distribute as directed.
You will compile and organize a variety of recurring and special reports, correspondence, charts, and tables related to squadron operations and student training.
You will file and maintain all information and documents related to the flight schedules.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver’s license.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: performing clerical support functions utilizing software to coordinate training schedules and maintain files for an organization.

Education
In lieu of general/specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Successful completion of at least four full academic years of education above high school
OR
A combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
