Duties

As a Web & Digital Specialist, you will perform the following duties: Responds timely to daily requests from Global Market's (GM) global operations for page updates and new page development. Raise and maintain Quality Assurance, 508 Compliance, and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) performance scores across all Trade.gov pages managed by GM. Review, optimize and publish new Market Intelligence articles and Country Commercial Guides on Trade.gov. Help with special web publishing projects and new page design and creation as needed. These duties are described at the GS-13; the GS-11 & GS-12 are developmental leading to such performance. All positions are developmental to the full performance level (FPL) GS-13. This Job Opportunity Announcement may be used to fill other Web & Digital Specialist GS-0301-11/12/13 positions within the International Trade Administration in the same geographical location with the same qualifications and specialized experience. OR Substitution of Education: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if 4 related. OR Combination: A combination of education and experience as described above. Note: Only graduate education in excess of two years is qualifying for combination.
