MINIMUM FEDERAL QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Qualifying experience for the GS-14 level includes one year of specialized experience at least equivalent to the GS-13 level which is in or directly related to the line of work of the position to be filled and which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Examples are providing expert analysis and advice on complex criminal justice performance management program issues; managing special projects for criminal justice performance management of broad impact; or managing special cross cutting performance management initiatives or task force groups to accomplish programmatic goals.TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants who meet the minimum qualifications as described above will be further evaluated based upon the following technical qualifications:Knowledge of criminal justice research, statistical and analysis techniques to perform performance management-related analysis and studies.Ability to analyze criminal justice performance data and impact issues/problems and recommend solutions. Knowledge of criminal justice performance management principles, concepts, methods, and practices.Ability to communicate in writing.Ability to plan and execute work.
