The position performs duties to assist one individual, and in some cases the subordinate start of that Individual by performing general office work auxiliary to the work of the organization.

Utilizes office automatons systems to use several types of software for various office needs.
Receives and reviews all incoming mail, and determines whether appropriate to call lo attention of supervisor, lo direct to branches, or to handle personally by presenting response in final form.
This position requires a typing requirement of 40 words per minute.

Qualifications

Specialized Experience: You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade GS-04 in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization. Examples of specialized experience would typically include, but are not limited to: Assisting In preparation of Justification for personnel actions, timekeeper, training coordinator. procurement of office materials travel, special meeting/presentation preparation, assist with travel orders/vouchers, and property accountability. Receives telephone calls and visitors, discreetly screening nature of call-in order to determine those that should be referred to the supervisor or can be diverted other contacts. Physical Requirements: The work Is sedentary. Typically, the employee may sit comfortably lo do the work.
