Duties
You will perform routine and specialized tasks to aid planner and estimators and examiner and evaluators in workload induction and closeout duties.
You will coordinate with the reporting custodian to obtain missing and/ or incomplete data.
You will monitor the library of current technical directives and publications pertaining to aircraft, aircraft engines, aircraft components and equipment and reports outdated materials to update as necessary.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Ability to screen and maintain aircraft, aircraft engines, components and equipment Logs and Records.
Ability to read and interpret technical directives and publications.
Comprehensive knowledge of repair processes on multiple aircraft, engines and components.
Knowledge optimized organizational maintenance activity (OOMA) and naval aviation logistics command operating maintenance information system (NALCOMIS) and the ability to use these tools to extract/input/modify electronic logbook data.
Ability to communicate effectively with both civilian and military personnel of all authority levels.
Ability to work as a team with various personnel to resolve complex issues.
