About the Position: Position is located with the US Army Communications Electronics Command, Information Systems Engineering Command, Mission Support Directorate (MSD) S-4, located at Fort Huachuca, AZ.
Serves as a Property Management Administrator concerning government furnished equipment to contractors,
Assist in the development, analyzing, evaluating, and overall improvements in regulations, directives, and procedures pertaining to supply, property accountability as they relate to contracts.
Develops, plans, directs, evaluates, reviews, coordinates, and implements an automated supply and accountability system to include inventory management, storage management, configuration management and other general supply management services.
Serves as the Contract Property Warehouse and Facilities Management POC on matters pertaining to Warehouse operations, maintenance, repair, usage, and storage.
Reviews inspection findings, applicable regulations and current operations to identify specific areas that require improvement.

- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

In order to qualify, you must meet the education and/or experience requirements described below. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes performing management and accountability of supply, warehouse operations, maintenance, and support functions. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-07).
Education: Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as: Supply Management or Logistics.
Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the first year (total graduate semester hours minus 18) by 18. Add the two percentages.

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-07).
