You will serve as a Management Analyst of IMMEDIATE OFC OF CHIEF OF NVL OPS.
Duties
You will support administrative and facility requirements on behalf of Director of Navy Staff.
You will develop responses for the Department of the Navy to external queries and initiatives and originate internal programs to enhance DON Data Administration programs.
You will ensure that appropriate records are created and maintained for Naval organization and procedures for handling, filing, retrieving, protecting, and determining availability of records pertaining to Data Administration programs.
You will be responsible for overseeing and managing assigned workload, special projects, and tasks.
You will be responsible for extracting and organizing data from within the Enterprise Task Management Software Solution System (ETMS2) and SharePoint
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-07) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing or assisting with analysis and management support duties including data analytics, records management, data maintenance and correspondence while utilizing database systems and analysis software. Examples of specialized experience include: 1) Gathering, Analyzing and composing information. 2) Extracting and organizing data for analysis utilizing a database or software. 3) Creating and maintaining reports, records, and databases. 4) Managing correspondence and communicating with peers.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Master's or equivalent graduate degree
or
2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.B. or J.D., if related
or
A combination of graduate education and experience. The total percentages must equal at least 100 percent
