Duties

Monitors distribution and status of expired years funds to ensure legality and proper reporting Provides professional management advice to test officers, mission management and budget analyst under the General Fund Enterprise System Performs joint reviews and analyses with program directors Coordinates and performs funding actions for service contracts with MICC

Requirements

  • This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required.
  • This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 5% of the time.
  • THIS IS A FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT Level 2 Certified position designated
  • Male applicants born after December 31, 1959, must complete a Pre-Employment Certification Statement for Selective Service Registration.
  • One-year trial/probationary period may be required.
  • You will be required to provide proof of U.S. Citizenship.

Developing recommendations for financial and/or budgetary actions under conditions such as: short and rapidly changing program and financial/budgetary deadlines and objectives; gaps and conflicts in program and financial/budgetary information; lack of predictive data; conflicting program and financial/budgetary objectives; and/or changing guidelines for the work. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11 or above). ???????
