You will serve as a HOUSING MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the NAVAL SUPPORT ACTIVITY of NAVAL SUPPORT ACTIVITY BETHESDA.
Duties
You will provide administrative services for the maintenance, repair, or modification of facilities.
You will upgrade or replace utility systems.
You will inspects physical structures, utilities, roadways, and surrounding grounds.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1. Manages, administers, and coordinates programs or projects to determine the need to provide housing, ensuring efficient use of inventory. Demonstrates skill in using job-relevant information systems and/or software applications, such as word processing, spreadsheets, automated research tools, database applications, and the Internet; 2. Develops, coordinates and ensures compliance with Housing policies. Plans and oversees work performed by carpenters, electricians, utility systems operators, janitors, or others; and 3. Provide Program-wide management, operation, and maintenance of housing facilities and customer support services. Evaluate the effectiveness of programs to make Program-wide improvements by administering customer/resident satisfaction surveys. Ensure fiscal accountability and prepare housing requirements to support programming of resources throughout the future years' defense plan.

Education
Successful completion of a master's or equivalent graduate degree
OR
Two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree
OR
an LL.B. or J.D. that is related to the position being filled
OR
A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience may be used to meet the GS-09 specialized experience requirement.
