About the Position: This position is for an Equal Employment Manager GS-0260-12 within USACE Tusla District. The Equal Employment Manager has full responsibility for establishing, organizing, directing, and implementing an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Program for the Army Corp of Engineers Tulsa District. The duty location is Tulsa, OK.

Duties

Providing leadership and technical advice to management officials and employees concerning the development and implementation of the District's affirmative action plan, complaint administration and complaint resolution. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: CommunicationsFact Finding/InquiriesProgram Management Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
