About the Position: This position is for an Equal Employment Manager GS-0260-12 within USACE Tusla District. The Equal Employment Manager has full responsibility for establishing, organizing, directing, and implementing an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Program for the Army Corp of Engineers Tulsa District. The duty location is Tulsa, OK.
Duties
Providing leadership and technical advice to management officials and employees concerning the development and implementation of the District's affirmative action plan, complaint administration and complaint resolution.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) conducting fact-finding inquiries on equal employment opportunity (EEO) discrimination complaints; AND 2) working with management and employees to resolve equal employment opportunity (EEO) discrimination complaints. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
