About the Position: Serves as a Talent Management Program Analyst and Planner in the Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA), Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff, G-1, U.S. Army Talent and Innovation Assessment Group (USATIAG).

Duties

Investigate industry best practice, develop appropriate research plans, gather data, conduct data analysis, review, test/pilot initiatives, implement, and innovate talent management practices in support of the Army’s Human Capital Enterprise (HCE). Manage talent management initiative development efforts, facilitate policy, organizational, and process changes. Provide guidance and leadership to junior Program Analysts working within the USATIAG, managing projects and overseeing team data collection, trend analysis, initiative development, text/document and briefing/presentation development. Prepare reports, briefings, and other communications material (e.g. white papers, analytical documents, emails, executive summaries). Liaise and work with sister service and designated foreign representatives on projects pertinent to the acquisition, development, assessment, employment, incentivization, and retention of talent.
