Duties

Serves as Human Resources Generalist, Financial Shared Services Center (SSC), Business & Support Services Division (MR), Manpower & Reserve Affairs, Headquarters Marine Corps.  Supports the Non-Appropriated Fund (NAF) Personnel Program by performing a wide range of services in human resources management areas to include:  staffing, recruitment, table of organization management, initiating suitability adjudications, and/or employee relations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field appropriate to the work of position AND threeyears of substantial human resource experience providing an in-depth knowledge of laws, policies, regulations and procedures related to Nonappropriated Fund (NAF) or Appropriated Fund (APF) civilian policy, practices, and procedures, OR an appropriate combination of education and experience that demonstrates possession of knowledge and skill equivalent to that gained in the above, OR appropriate experience that demonstrates that the applicant has acquired the knowledge, skills, and abilities equivalent to that gained in the above.  Skilled in effective written and oral communication, and the ability to conduct presentations.   Knowledge of laws and regulations which reflect an understanding of the military and Marine Corps Community Services organizations, missions, and programs a plus.  Must successfully obtain and maintain a favorable background investigation at the Tier III level.Eligible for incremental telework as determined by MR/MF policy.
