Duties

Assists the Business Manager in directing the operations and supervision of multiple food serve facilities, with up to 12 employees in different locations. Checks work in progress to ensure compliance. Completes cash reports and makes daily deposits. Provides information to workers regarding procedures, policies, written instructions and other work directives. Occasionally, may be required to work in any of the food service facilities as necessary.

Requirements

• Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
• Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
• A one year probationary period may be required.
• Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
• Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR215-3, para. 2 to include Tier 1 background investigation.
• The ability to obtain (within first six months of employment) and maintain a Food Protection Manager Certification acquired through an American National Standards Institute (ANSI) accredited agency is required.
• Must be able to work an uncommon tour of duty.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license
• Work requires the ability to lift and carries objects weighing up to 60 pounds

Qualifications

**Resume MUST clearly reflect the knowledge and experience listed under the minimum qualifications criteria.** Must have cash handling experience to include direct handling of cash items and use of cash accountability control methods. Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, stressful environment. Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills. Preferred are those candidates that have experience in supervising and training staff.
