This position will be assigned to the Air Force Service Center.
This is a regular full-time category position with guaranteed 40 hours per week. Employees appointed to a regular category position are eligible for benefits.
Duties
Provides administrative and operational support for the Force Support Knowledge Center (FSKC) Learning Management System (LMS) Platform and Blackboard (Bb) e-learning platform in the development, management and evaluation of AFSVA training programs. Applies the Instructional System Design (ISD) process to deliver professional development courses and functional training impacting legacy Services activity managers, assistant managers, flight chiefs and Force Support Squadron (FSS) staff Air Force wide. Provides classroom instruction and classroom facilitation for AFSVA in-residence courses in concert with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in the execution of functional training. Applies the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate) training process in determining course content for Services functional training programs. Assist the subject matter experts in developing and organizing training exercises, materials, visual aids, media and other educational materials in support of adult learners. Evaluates lesson objectives and criterion objectives are supporting the instructional development plan. Evaluate instructor performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvements. Develops and conducts competency/performance based training and AFSVA staff development and education programs in four major areas: professional development, employee development, resiliency and personal enhancement. Develops, administers, analyzes course testing, pre-course and end of course surveys to evaluate training effectiveness and develop metrics to advise senior leadership on matters such as training effectiveness, training program initiatives and status of current training programs. Partners with industry developing professional training and certification programs. Conducts newcomer orientation, classroom instruction to include lecture, hands-on performance, guided case analysis, and computer generated programs. Serves as the AFSVA/SVX Resource Advisor (RA) for NAF training and development. Develops and manages AFSVA NAF training budget including (but not restricted to) AFSVA staff development programs, workshops, summits, tuition assistance, classroom supplies, SVXT vehicle fleet maintenance, and NAF centrally funded training courses. Advises leadership on all expenditures for staff development/training. Serves as SVXT vehicle control officer and manages the safety and serviceability of four NAF vehicles. Assists with AFSVA strategic plan initiatives.

Qualifying Experience:
Experience to develop, implement, conduct, and analyze trainings programs. Experience with legacy management and operations. Experience in the development and management budgets, reimbursement and accounting processes. Experience analyzing monthly/quarterly budget reports and brief leadership on status. Experience as a course manager and understanding of adult learning concepts. Experience of computer software applications, electronic mail, report writing, and various written communications.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA's):Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
Working experience with Force Support Knowledge (FSKC), Learning Management System (LMS), Platform and Blackboard (Bb), e-learning platform, Instructional System Design (ISD) and Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate (ADDIE) training process.
Strong communication skills.
Experience in the facilitation of classroom or virtually delivered training material.
Experience in the development, management, and evaluation of training programs ensuring the training content aligns with the learning objectives.
Familiar with the ADDIE process and how it is applied to training course content.
