Qualifications

All qualifications and eligibility requirements must be met by the closing date of the announcement. To qualify for this position at the IC-07 level you must possess one full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the IC-06 level in the Federal government, which has equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. Experience may be obtained in the Federal or Private Sector and must demonstrate all of the following:  Assisting with drafting correspondence, reports and other written communication; Utilizing computer software as part of daily activities to perform assigned functions; and  Providing customer service in person, over the phone, and electronically. OR 1 full year of graduate level education; or Superior academic achievement OR Combination of education and experience To qualify for this position at the IC-09 level you must possess one full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the IC-07 level in the Federal government, which has equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. Experience may be obtained in the Federal or Private Sector and must demonstrate all of the following:  Utilizing analytical techniques to identify and resolve procedural issues; Performing a wide range of clerical and administrative duties to support operations; and Preparing and formatting correspondence for distribution to internal and external stakeholders.
