As a Project Resource Analyst on the Business Operations team, you will be coordinating project budget development and execution for shared service IT programs, developing metrics, and supporting acquisition and procurement activities as a Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). You will work with performance management teams to ensure that metrics are consistent with broader line of business and Treasury priorities.

Duties

The following are the duties of this position at the GS-13. If you are selected at a lower grade level, you will have the opportunity to learn to perform all these duties and will receive training to help you grow in this position. Coordinate all aspects of project budget development and execution. Develop various cost models in order to identify product costs, analyze and project product/project performance. Negotiate and monitor reimbursable agreements with agency partners. Lead efforts to develop appropriate metrics and track the results. Survey other Line of Business (LoB) and Working Capital Fund program methodologies for comparable metrics.

You must meet the following requirements within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement. Specialized Experience: For the GS-13, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes: Facilitating, planning, coordinating, and tracking multiple projects concurrently for organizations according to federal financial and project management guidelines and principles; AND Customer service and regular customer interaction with minimal management oversight; AND Applying formal project, pipeline, and process management techniques. Specialized Experience: For the GS-12, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes: Planning, coordinating, and tracking multiple projects concurrently for large scale projects or organizations according to federal financial and project management guidelines and principles; AND Customer service and regular customer interaction with some supervisory oversight; AND Utilizing formal project, pipeline, and process management techniques. Time in Grade: In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable: For the GS-13, you must have been at the GS-12 level for 52 weeks. For the GS-12, you must have been at the GS-11 level for 52 weeks.
