Detail-oriented, analytical thinker with strong oral and written communication skills. Experienced in internal investigations, to include investigating allegations of misconduct and harassment involving full-time agency employees and contract personnel at all work locations.

Qualifications

All qualifications and eligibility requirements must be met by the closing date of the announcement. To qualify for this position at the IC-13 level (starting salary $112,015), you must possess one full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the IC-12 level in the Federal government, which has equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. Experience may be obtained in the Federal or Private Sector and must demonstrate all of the following:  Directing and leading internal investigations into employee misconduct; Evaluating and demonstrating advanced analytical methods related to an organization's strategies to include such areas as: mission, programs, processes, policies, structures and trends; Collaborating and communicating technical information to a wide variety of audiences, including the highest levels of an organization's leadership.
