DCSA's DoD Insider Threat Management and Analysis Center (DITMAC) is seeking a Prevention, Assistance, and Response (PAR) Coordinator. In this role you will serve as the Counter-Insider Threat Program (C-InTP) POC at the installation assessing risk and providing support to leaders. This is an excellent opportunity for those with an understanding of all aspects of the DOD insider threat program and the PAR mandate, particularly as they relate to DITMAC and the insider threat analysis.
Duties
As an INSIDER THREAT ASSESSMENT ANALYST (PAR COORDINATOR) you will be responsible for the following duties:
* Conduct operational coordination in support of the Prevention, Assistance, and Response (PAR) program
* Communicate effectively to DITMAC leadership, installation Prevention and Resilience Program Managers, Commanders, and to PAR coordinators in the field
* Evaluate operational challenges, identify solutions, and implement change related to violence prevention
* Facilitates proactive action to mitigate insider risk and support DoD personnel or DoD-affiliated personnel on the installation.
* Support the development of metrics to support DOD ROI
* Coordinate across DCSA and DOD to enable effective program implementation

Applicant must have directly applicable experience that demonstrates the possession of the knowledge, skills, abilities and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job, but will clearly demonstrate past experience in the application of the particular competencies/knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position.
You must have specialized experience sufficient to demonstrate that you have acquired all the competencies necessary to perform at a level equivalent in difficulty, responsibility, and complexity to the next lower grade GS/GG-12 in the Federal service and are prepared to take on greater responsibility.
Generally, this would include one year or more of such specialized experience.
Specialized experience for this position includes: The ability to identify and implement foundational elements of prevention activities, risk assessment, mitigation, and dissemination at the operational and tactical levels.
