This position is located in the U.S. National Central Bureau. INTERPOL is responsible for providing timely responses for information for domestic and foreign law enforcement agencies, in accordance with the INTERPOL constitution and Justice Department regulations, to coordinate investigations on their behalf.

Duties
Major Duties:
Recommends and advises the Office of the Director and Office of the director Director with planning requirements, problem identification/analysis, policy information, program development/evaluation and training.
Develops, implements and tracks qualitative and quantitative metrics used in workload analysis, time-management and scheduling, and performance/customer service reports and feedback.
Coordination of intelligence products in collaboration with other investigative and intelligence-oriented agencies.
Utilizes tracking and responding tools in conjunction with intelligence systems in order to track and monitor timeliness and accuracy of responses, as it pertains to formatting and coherence to guidelines and regulations.
Develops partnerships with agency contacts in order to establish rapport, give guidance on requests and Office of the Director processes, and manage expectations.
Plans work to be accomplished by subordinates, sets and adjusts priorities, evaluates work performance of subordinates, gives advice or instruction to employees, identifies developmental and training needs for employees, identifies ways to improve production or increase the quality of work directed, and establishes deadlines and priorities for major projects.
Requirements
- You must be a United States Citizen or National.
- You will be required to complete a pre-employment security investigation and background check which includes a drug screening.
- You may be required to complete a one-year probationary or two-year trial period.
- Selective Service registration is required for males born on, or after, December 31, 1959. Those not registered should have an approved exemption on file.

Qualifications
If you are a former or current government employee on a permanent appointment in the competitive service, you will need to demonstrate 1-year (52-weeks) at the next lower grade level, to meet the time-in-grade requirements for this occupational series and grade (SF-50 Required).
To qualify for the position of Supervisory Investigative Analyst (GS-1805-15), you must meet the specialized experience specific to this series and grade you're applying to.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:
For the GS-15, you must have one year of specialized experience at the GS-14 grade level or equivalent pay band in the Federal Service. Specialized experience is defined as: Executing organization leadership, providing direction and oversight to a diverse portfolio and workforce; Accomplishing administrative and human resources functions for the office, reviewing the work of others; Managing a major agency program responsible for executing difficult or complex investigative cases from foreign police, Federal, State, and/or local law enforcement authorities.

Education
