Duties
Assists the Division Chief in supervising and leading the Upgraded Early Warning Radar Branch. The Program Manager leads a 35-person team comprised of military officers, government civilians and A&AS Contractors. Oversees a $115M annual budget providing missile defense, missile warning and space domain awareness for 5 radars across the globe and works closely with over 12 stakeholders and Combatant Commands to sustain and deploy capability.
Key Skills and Abilities:
1. Knowledge of the policies, practices, regulations, and laws concerning the acquisition management process and initiatives.
2. Knowledge of safety and security regulations, practices, and procedures.
3. Knowledge of the missions, roles, functions, organizational structures, and operation of the DOD and organizations that govern, interface with, and/or influence the systems acquisition process.
4. Skill to plan, organize, and direct the functions and staff in critical aspects of development and production, support of systems, subsystems, or equipment and to coordinate various aspects of systems acquisition such as engineering, contracting, financial management, configuration, test, and manufacturing.
5. Ability to supervise, mentor, motivate, appraise, and work with subordinate supervisors and non-supervisory employees.
6. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, clearly, concisely, with technical accuracy and to use computers and a variety of software programs and databases, gather and analyze a variety of program information, make sound judgments concerning program progress, and effectively communicate recommendations orally and in writing to higher organizational management and contractors.

Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship Required
- Work may occasionally require travel away from normal duty station on military or commercial aircraft.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret security clearance.
- This position is eligible for situational telework (2-4 days per pay period).
- PCS is authorized.
