About the Position: The Human Resources Specialist (Military) is with the Directorate of Human Resources. Serves as the Human Resources Specialist for the Strength Management Section of the Military Personnel Division responsible for managing Officer, Warrant Officer and Enlisted strength management actions.

Duties

Coordinates the assignment of all officers assigned or projected to be assigned to Fort Bliss. Processes Officer and enlisted projected gains and losses through the Human Resources Command requisition system. Provides technical oversight and guidance regarding work problems and issues to lower graded employees. Advises the Branch Manager on all matters pertaining to the performance and fulfillment of requirements of the Personnel Strength Management Section.

OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the first year (total graduate semester hours minus 18) by 18. Add the two percentages.
