This position is part of the National Archives and Records Administration, Executive Secretariat under the Office of the Chief of Staff. The incumbent provides support to the Archivist, Deputy Archivist, and offices throughout NARA and is responsible for specialized and complex administrative, logistical, and analytical support to the immediate Office of the Archivist. This consists of agency-wide, or in some cases, government-wide and related professional community impacts.

Qualifications

You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement. Specialized Experience: For the GS-14, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes: Analyzing, reviewing and editing reports and/or written correspondence for items such as; grammar, adherence to policy, organization of material, appropriateness for intended audience AND Providing guidance and recommendations for programs and/or policies, to improve effectiveness and efficiency AND Prioritizing competing projects; to include coordinating with executive level staff and individuals outside your work group
