Serves as a management analyst in the Office of Chief Counsel (AGC), Office of Operations & Legal Support (AGC-10), providing administrative and analytical support for a variety of human capital program areas.
Duties
Provides direct support to the Human Capital Team Manager by performing a variety of administrative, organizational, and analytical assignments/tasks to provide customer support services to a nationally disbursed organization of attorneys and legal support professionals.
Requirements
- US Citizenship is required.
- Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.

Qualifications
Applicants must demonstrate at least one year (52 weeks) of SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE equivalent to the next lower grade/pay band (FV-H, FG/GS-12) that is typically related to the line of work of the position to be filled and which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities required to successfully perform the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been at least equivalent to the next lower level in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization.Specialized experience is defined as: Experience administering and managing a various human capital programs and processes to provide support to a diverse professional workforce. Experience utilizing various automated databases and software programs (i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) to gather and extract data from multiple sources and/or provide administrative and program support to an organization of professional staff.You should include relevant examples of this experience in your work history.
