The mission of the AFRH is to fulfill our Nation's commitment to its veterans by providing a premier retirement community with exceptional residential care and extensive support services. The incumbent serves as the Administrator responsible for the day-to-day operation of the facility and maintaining accurate and complete records of the facility.

Qualifications

You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement. Specialized Experience: Applicants must possess specialized experience that equips them with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully in this position. Applicants must posses: - Experience as a healthcare professional in an organization providing a continuum of levels of care (e.g. ,continuing care retirement community, independent living, assisted living, memory support, and long-term care); AND - Experience managing a variety of detailed management programs (e.g., planning, programming and budget, human capital, acquisition, financial management, security, information technology, and facilities management) for a facility; AND - Experience managing the day to day operations of the facility, and maintaining accurate and complete records in a healthcare facility; AND - Experience making oral presentations to individuals or groups.
