You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST in the EXPEDITIONARY WARFARE DIVISION of IMMEDIATE OFC OF CHIEF OF NVL OPS.
Duties
You will serve as the senior expert for Navy Expeditionary Combat force analysis and acquisition administration.
You will evaluate potential solutions and devise programmatic plans for procurement, testing, training, fielding and sustainment to meet validated Immediate Warfighter Needs.
You will analyze the Navy Expeditionary Combat portfolio and provide sound recommendations to senior level decision makers.
You will represent the Navy's interests in external meets to ensure continuity of effort for Combat functions, objects, and mission.
You will supervise expert analysts and provide a range of first-line supervisor duties to include assigned work based on priorities, developing performance standards, managing deliverables, resolving grievances, and delivering training.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.

- This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate performing duties such as the following: 1) Developing new or revised administrative methods and processes while exercising responsibility for Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) management; 2) Executing processes for continuous assessment, analysis, and improvement or development associated with assigned programs areas with varied political and cultural issues; 3) Managing policies and Program Objective Memorandum (POM) development strategies designed to refine and enhance Combat force capabilities; 4) Ensuring sound fiscal resource decisions are made regarding combat portfolios; 5) Managing, leading, and serving as a senior advisor at meetings to determine whether to modify or initiate program components and projects; and 6) Leading teams and independently advising senior decision makers in the direction of possible alternatives or options that should be considered for modification or initiation of program actions.
